I received a screen showing I was eligible for the Legacy Subscription. I had been using the app in preview all through January wuth no issues. I followed the instructions to use the release version as a legacy user. I was taken to the Google Play Store and I cancelled the subsription as directed. After that, I seemed to be locked into the free version with limited functionality and no way to updrade to a subscriptopn. I could find nothing in the app of on the Play Store that would let me aquire a subscription. I have tried everytjing I could think of to get full fuctionality back, but no luck. I cleared cache, storage, uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled and nothing changed. I am getting the same result on multiple devices. The Call Log only shows a few days, Call recordings is in a continuous spinning circle, and no other premium features work.

Any help would be most appeciated, the app itself is a masterpiece and I really want to be using it again.

Many Thanks]

That's very strange. I assume you have tried launching the program again from scratch, meaning you actually kill the copy that's running and then launch from the ground up. Could you please send a screen capture showing the menu on the main screen. I am curious to see which items are showing and which ones aren't.

Also, and I suggest you do this in a private message to me rather than here on the group, could you send me the email address that your Google account is signed into so that I can check my subscription information and see if there's anything weird going on.

I do want to fix this problem, even though no one else seems to have encountered it.

Since originally releasing the app in the beginning of February I discovered that I have been misled concerning the storage of the receipt for the legacy subscription, subsequently I had to find a different way of handling users who have previously purchased the the V1 license key.

If you have the license key app installed and you purchased that license key from the Play Store in the past, then the app should recognize that fact and provide you with Pro access. Make sure that the old V1 license key is still installed on your device. Note that it must be installed from the play store, it cannot be side loaded.

If you continue to have a problem with this, please get in touch with me again.

Thank you for the reply. I had to uninstall the licence from the play store and reinstall it then app recognised it.
Thanks

I am curious.  What happens when I get a new phone.  I just looked and didn't see the console key in the play store (maybe I am just missing it).  Just wondering at this point.

If you get a new phone and set up Google Play with the same account as your old phone then you should be allowed to install the license key. If the new phone is a Samsung and you've used their Smart Switch app to transfer everything over from your old phone it should successfully transfer and install the license key. If you don't have something that and you need to reinstall things manually, you should still be able to install the license key for free since you previously purchased it.
