editing subaccount disables encrypted SIP traffic?

greetings:

i used the VOIP.ms console app to update several subaccounts, after which the phones associated with these subaccounts failed to register anymore.

best i can tell, when a subaccount is edited via the VOIP.ms console android app, it disables the encrypted SIP traffic option on the subaccount.

is there currently a way to enable/re-enable encrypted SIP traffic using the VOIP.ms console android app, or is the web portal the only way to safely edit a subaccount where encryption is enabled?
