Improve accessibility
Move simulations to the cloud quickly and easily, without leaving the Simcenter STAR-CCM+ environment. Monitor jobs using a web browser on any device and view plots and scenes live. Use it whenever you need with instant access and 24/7 availability.

Reduce resource waste
Use Simcenter Cloud HPC instead of owning and managing hardware on-premise, or easily access additional HPC capacity during busy periods. How you use it is up to you, a single pay-as-you-go price/hour combining software and hardware ensures no resources go to waste. Make simulation an operating expense (OPEX) and be more agile as your workload varies.

Benefit from optimized hardware
With the effectively unlimited capacity of Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure behind it, Simcenter Cloud HPC gives you the freedom to scale up your simulations to model more complexity and go faster. Scale out to explore more possibilities simultaneously. Be confident that your simulations are running on optimized hardware that is pre-configured and managed by Siemens.

Benefits: Will your design survive the loading conditions it faces and meet requirements? How will you know without building expensive prototypes of your design? Structural simulation can help you answer these questions faster while reducing costs associated with physical testing.

A trusted solver
Simcenter Nastran has been used by industrial giants for over 50 years, and now you can gain access to this proven and trusted technology through Simcenter 3D Structures Essentials. Very recently I completed 5 years of my journey with Siemens and I just took a step back to see what has been my contribution to this amazing company and the team that I have been passionately part of. In the intricate process of helping build a proficient UX team at Siemens under different leaders, I have discovered that the pursuit of exceptional talent goes far beyond the confined boundaries of academic achievements. My journey in this realm has taught me to value qualities that transcend mere credentials and to seek individuals who embody genuine passion, diverse interests, independent thought, and a steadfast character. On this night of our nation's 77th Independence Day, I wish to recount my personal expedition of unearthing remarkable individuals who contribute more than just their academic qualifications to the table.

It is true that prestigious institutions and impressive grades hold a certain significance, signifying commitment and diligence. However, I have learned that the true essence of potential cannot be encapsulated within the lines of a transcript. As I sift through countless resumes, I consciously look beyond the academic labels to discern the intrinsic qualities that align with the unique dynamics and diversity of our UX team. Hiring the right talents for a UX team is not just about ticking off boxes.

Passion, the vital force propelling individuals to excel in their chosen field, stands as a cardinal criterion in my evaluation of candidates. Beyond the confines of words, I seek signs of an undeniable enthusiasm for UX design and beyond. Such ardor is palpable not just in words, but also in the self-initiated projects, voluntary contributions, and personal endeavors that candidates have embarked upon. Whether it's their participation in design workshops, engagement in hackathons, or involvement in open-source initiatives, individuals who display an unwavering commitment to UX design invariably capture my attention as potential stars.

A salient aspect I have come to appreciate is the presence of diverse interests and skillsets in a candidate's repertoire. While technical prowess is pivotal in UX design, the ability to offer fresh perspectives is equally crucial. Knowledge of tools used in design is good, but I am drawn to candidates who transcend the boundaries of their academic specialization and embrace an array of interests. Whether they have a penchant for art, a background in psychology, or an affinity for literature, these multidisciplinary candidates bring forth innovative viewpoints that enrich our design solutions. The interplay of seemingly disparate skills accentuates their adaptability and creativity, positioning them as valuable assets.

Central to the ethos of UX design is the courage to tread beyond the familiar and challenge established norms. I hold in high esteem candidates who display independent thought and have the audacity to voice their distinctive ideas, even if they defy conventions. In my interviews, I engage candidates in discussions about design philosophies, industry trends, and unconventional approaches. The candidates who can eloquently articulate and defend their unique perspectives often exemplify the kind of critical thinking that sparks innovation within the team.

Also, a character of substance is indispensable for cultivating a harmonious and productive team. While technical expertise and creativity are fundamental, the way candidates handle adversities, collaborate with peers, and approach problem-solving also play a pivotal role. Traits like humility, empathy, and an open-minded outlook are indicative of a candidate's potential to foster a positive team culture. An individual who stands firm in their values, prioritizing integrity and ethical design practices, holds the potential to shape a supportive and respectful work environment.

Even though the period spent was less than two years, Siemens is my first industry love (and first loves are always loved) And boy, what a fantastic diverse conglomerate of 350,000 led by an evergreen Joe Kaeser! He is such a top notch role model...

I will leave proudly - I worked together with teams across the world to deliver excellent insights and sustainable change working together with my management across regions, divisions and headquarters. I wish Siemens and CF A all the very best. It has been an extremely difficult decision to leave such a fantastic organization and I will continue my strong belief in our Vision 2020 and beyond. On my part, I lived to my last day in Siemens with passion living the envisioned ownership culture...

Besides the day to day job, the 2016 CF A University and Digitalization & Automation topics were clearly one highlight. It has been my great pleasure to work with an unbeatable team of CF A not only in Middle East & Asia but also in Germany (You will do very well to find me 3 times in the attached video!)

I would like to thank Siemens and each of my fellow colleagues who have enjoyed time with me and worked together on such fantastic projects where our insights have been recognized across the Siemens world.
