The warranty begins on the original purchase date/date of delivery. Warranties are valid only if you made your purchase from an official OSIM outlets in Australia. In the unlikely event that your chair malfunctions or requires repair, please email to in...@osim.com.au or contact OSIM Australia on+61 2 9133 8740. Proof of purchase (i.e. invoice or purchase receipt) must be presented for warranty verification.

If you are in metro area (within 30km from OSIM depot) in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, OSIM Australia offers 1st year of all-inclusive warranty including parts and labours and a one-time complimentary leather pad replacement if not causing by human damage.

If you are outside of metro area, the service and maintenance of your chair is required to be performed at our service depot. Customers shall be responsible on the round-trip transportation cost. Quotation will be given at the time of request and charge upon distance. OSIM Australia offers 1st year of free parts and labours and a one-time complimentary leather pad replacement if not causing by human damage.

The extended warranty includes free parts and labour for metro area (within 30km from OSIM depot) in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth during the entire period of the extended warranty term period. Distance charge will be applied over 30km from metro area.

The warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original consumer sale of a genuine product and has not been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the control of OSIM Australia. OSIM Australia reserves the right to do warranty work at the service depot.
