When I walk, I don’t like to hold my phone. When I put it in my shirt pocket with the screen toward my body, the phone will often think I am double tapping the screen or commanding some other action within the app. If I turn the phone with the screen away from my body but still in my pocket, the app thinks I am going in the opposite direction of my actual travel.
Is there any way that one could tell the app to reverse its decision-making process? Could the app determine which direction I’m going by using the GPs rather than the compass?
Does anyone have another solution that hasn’t occurred to me?
