Smart glasses with voice Vista

I have the following questions: I have an iPhone SE iPhone using VoiceOver that fits in to a holster which is clipped onto my waistband. The glass part with AppS of the iPhone is facing my stomach. In this position are my directions such as north south east and west not as accurate? I’ve experienced this. Would it be helpful to purchase a Smart glasses to get more accurate directions? Everything else on the phone works really well. Any other suggestions?
