Feature suggestion/question: resuming GPX-imported route at current position

Hi all,

I was just wondering if any of you know whether its possible to resume a route that I've imported into VoiceVista from a .gpx file at a particular location.
The reasoning behind my question is that I'm going on a hiking and camping expedition soon where we have routes for each day available as .gpx files. And although it would be great to have VoiceVista to help guide me on some parts of the route, I will not have it running all the time to save battery on my phone.
Therefore I'm wondering if there's an option somewhere to to resume from the next waypoint after your current location, or if not whether this is something the team would consider adding?
