at Rancho Cienega Recreation Center
Good Afternoon,
Please find enclosed our latest construction notice regarding the
extended closure of the driveway at the Rancho Cienega Recreation
Center.
What: Extended closure of the driveway entrance/exit to the Rancho
Cienega Recreation Center parking lot on Exposition Boulevard.
When: Access will be closed Monday, January 26, 2009 through
Friday, March 26, 2010.
Where: Driveway entrance/exit located on the Exposition
right-of-way, one block east of La Brea Avenue.
Traffic Impacts:
NO vehicular or pedestrian traffic will be allowed to cross through
the construction work area to enter/exit the Rancho Cienega Recreation
Center parking lot.
All vehicular and pedestrian traffic will be directed to enter/exit
the Rancho Cienega Recreation Center parking lot by using the driveway
located on La Brea Avenue.
Directional signage, electronic message boards, and flagmen (as
needed) will be used to safely direct drivers around the construction
zones in order to minimize the disruption to traffic.
Advisories: Parking restrictions in all construction areas will be
strictly enforced at all times. Please do not enter the construction
work zone and obey all posted construction signs.
