TheCave Axe's box has a sandy texture and color with a picture of a axe on both sides, like most other boxed items. The axe itself features a chiseled blue head with a petrified handle and deep blue grip. The axe also emits some small blue particles identical to those seen in the Cavecrawler Cavern. The axe is a decent size, comparable to the Silver Axe.

The Cave Axe has very mediocre stats outside of Cavecrawler Wood, making it generally a poor axe to use. The Cave Axe does increased damage to Cavecrawler, much more than that of the Bird Axe, making it the best axe to use for Cavecrawler collection.

The real estate tycoon at the center of a US$12.46 billion fraud case has been sentenced to death, a penalty which appears to have appeased an outraged Vietnamese public but may not be enough to stem rising concerns about the health of the financial system.

In her confession, Lan admitted to paying a bribe of $5 million in cash to Do Thi Nhan, the former head of Inspection and Supervision Department II under the State Bank of Vietnam. The money was reportedly concealed within three Styrofoam boxes.

Powerful individuals with vested interests often exploit loopholes and manipulate the system for personal gain. This not only undermines public trust in financial institutions but also discourages foreign investment, thus hindering economic growth.

The national conversation surrounding the Van Thinh Phat trial suggests a growing public desire for deep reform. The very fact that such large-scale corruption can be exposed and brought to trial offers a certain glimmer of hope.

Furthermore, cultural norms that emphasize personal connections and a certain deference to authority have created an environment where speaking out against corruption carries grave risks to whistle blowers.

Strengthening regulatory frameworks, promoting greater transparency in financial institutions and fostering a culture of whistleblowing will be crucial. International cooperation in areas like anti-money laundering can also play a vital role.

Zhang Zhenxin, the shadowy tycoon behind the debt-ridden firm, died last month in London of multiple-organ failure resulting from acute pancreatitis linked to alcohol dependence, according to a death certificate issued by the local authorities and seen by Caixin.

Founded in 2009, UCF Holdings runs a wide range of businesses in areas including online payment, wealth management, online peer-to-peer lending, health care and investment. The group tumbled into debt in the second half of 2018 following a regulatory crackdown on online lending that started years ago, which triggered a meltdown in the sector. The firm was also hamstrung by poor risk management and investment decisions including an unsuccessful foray into cryptocurrencies.

In May, financial regulators took the rare step of installing officials in the offices of N-Securities Co. Ltd., a troubled brokerage controlled by a UCF Holdings affiliate, to oversee its operations.

The brokerage posted a net loss of 2.9 billion yuan in 2018, down from a net profit of 8.8 million yuan the previous year, according to its annual report (link in Chinese). Its total liabilities surged to 23.8 billion yuan at the end of 2018 from 1 billion yuan a year earlier.

N-Securities affiliate NCF Wealth Holdings Ltd. gained a backdoor listing in the U.S. in March when it completed a merger with Nasdaq-listed Hunter Maritime Acquisition Corp., although the company was later relegated to the over-the-counter market.

The gameplay of Deep Sea Tycoon involves choosing one of 24 different characters and creating an underwater city filled with different buildings and features, from Mermaid Palaces to Seafood Restaurants. Through the character they choose and the choices they make in their city, the player can become a ruthless oil-tycoon, or something similar, or an environmentalist.

The gameplay is similar to Moon Tycoon; the player creates buildings on a flat piece of land, that must be connected to other buildings by a "tunnel". The only major differences is the scenario, and the types of buildings each game uses.

"Deep Sea Tycoon 2" has been reviewed by X-Play, being given a 1 out of 5. Being noted for being boring by having "ridiculously easy challenges" and simple challenges of only having to "click my mouse button twice". As a final note in their review, Adam Sessler noted that "Game Tycoon" was more entertaining than "Deep Sea Tycoon 2".

Elevation is a difference of height level in the terrain height. In Zoo Tycoon it is referred to as "cliffs or hills" in the Zookeeper/Scientist recommendations Some animals require elevation in their exhibit. A related, but different mechanic is depth, which affects bodies of water, such as tanks in Zoo Tycoon and deep and shallow water in Zoo Tycoon 2.

Hills and valleys have a gradual incline, in Zoo Tycoon they change the surrounding squares, in Zoo Tycoon 2 only the selected area is affected in most cases, exceptions may occur when objects are located on the selected area.

Elevation and tank depth are similar, having both to do with the terrain height. Depth is however only partially defined by the terrain height, wheras the elevation is completely dependant on terrain height. Depth is how far the terrain height is removed from the surface of the water.

With the terrain height tool the player can create hills, cliffs, moats and valleys. The terrain height tool has four modes, which do not have official names but do have an in-game description. With the first mode the player can drag up or down to create hills and valleys. With the second mode the player can drag up and down to create cliffs and moats. The third mode allows the player to expand a valley or hill keeping the same height in any horizontal direction. The fourth allows the player to expand cliffs and moats in the same way as tool 3. The terrain height tool has five different available sizes, from 1 single square up to a 5 by 5 square.

It costs $8 to modify one square by one height level, whether it is up or down. Tiles that don't fully belong to one level, such as slopes, are still counted as if increasing or decreasing a full level when calculating the price.

with c \displaystyle c being the cost, 8 being the price per square per level, A \displaystyle A being the affected area and h \displaystyle h being the height in height levels. When using the hill or valley tool it becomes a bit more complex as not every square is modified the same amount of levels.

Another way to change the elevation in Zoo Tycoon is by placing a tank, which lowers the height level by 4 levels if there is enough space. Once a tank is placed the base of the tank can be adjusted, which costs the same were it modified with the terrain height tool, only the initial -4 terrain height is free, excluding the construction costs of the tank.

Ignoring the fact that creating a tank changes all the tiles within the tank to sand and possibly having additional terrain modicifaction costs. There is a point where it becomes cheaper to build a tank and then recycle the tank rather than using the terrain height tool.

Unfortunately there are no animals in Zoo Tycoon which require that much sand and this specific amount of elevation, if much of the existing terrain before placing the tanks already matches the animal's biome this method will not be cost efficient. This method has a more practical use in decorative landscaping.

A cheap way of lowering the terrain height more than 4 levels is by removing only one part of the tank wall and replacing it on the same position, altering the base of the tank by another maximum of 4 levels for the price of $25 (or $26 in the case of Black Bar and Glass)

Animals may require elevation in their exhibit as part of their animal Needs. In this context, elevation is determined by the amount of tiles that are adjacent to tiles of a different elevation. The most effective ways of modifying elevation for a higher suitability involve raising or lowering single tiles one single level, an example is when the raised tiles are alternated in a checkerboard pattern.
