Chicago KCS is saddened to announce the death of Mrs. Mariakutty Poothakary (Age 96) in Houston Texas this morning. She is the wife of late Mr. Ouseph Poothakary and originally from Perunilathil family, Puthuveli. She is the mother of KCS president Thomas Poothakary. She is survived by her children:
1. Leela & Baby Kunnathukizhakethil
2. Mary & Mathai Vellappally
3. Chandy & Soya Poothakary
4. Annama & Vincent Akasala
5. Thresiamma & Tomy Thekeparambil
6. Thomas & Jiji Poothakary
7. Sabu & Cici Poothakary
8. Mini & Shaju, Azhakulam
9. Shini & Sabu Vazhakattu
She is survived by 23 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Chicago KCS expresses our heartfelt condolences and prayers to the Poothakary and Perunilathil families. May her soul rest in peace RIP.
Note: There will be a memorial mass at St. Mary's Knanaya Catholic Church Morton Grove today (9/18/21) at 7.00pm. Wake and Funeral arrangements will be TBD
