Friends & Idaho residents,

Something else for the rapidly growing 'conspiracy freak' population to
chomp on.

Many Americans are beginning to realize the biggest threat to America comes
from rogue Officials & Agencies within our own government.
Yesterday I contacted a couple of well maint. companies about how to deal
with air-spitting faucets in my home, looks like all I needed to do was to
increase water-tank pressure.
Massive uncontrolled Urban Sprawl throughout many Idaho communities has
caused the water table to significantly drop, many homes with shallow depth
wells are now sucking air.

Both companies I contacted stated Federal & State agencies Nationwide are
trying to confiscate private water rights, they plan to meter, restrict and
charge owners of private wells for their usage. They also said the
government intends to place high costs on water & gasoline & other energy
sources, as a means to control our movement & survival.

Over the past year, the City of Boise has attempted to place meters on two
private wells of two residents in my area of the County, one resident had
way too much respect for this bogus 'authority' and allowed it, the other
respectfully kicked the officials off his property.

Ada County home of Idaho's State Capitol, is well known Statewide as having
one of the most corrupt governments in Idaho. Real-estate, Development and
IACI corporate PAC lobbyists have for years controlled over 55% of our State
& local officials.
Boise is well-known as the state's political testing grounds for bad
behavior, forced growth and taxation that forces Property Owners to
subsidize infrastructures for Developer's new-growth via our Property Taxes.

The Legislature's current Special Session is an attempt to increase sales
taxes and take the heat off citizen's angry demands for Property Tax Relief,
Annexation Reform, Voting Rights and enactment of IMPACT FEES on new-growth.

Terminating Idaho's Forced Annexation Law , enacting legitimate Annexation
Reform with Impact Fees on all new growth, will allow SMART GROWTH decisions
by citizens with voting rights.

Widespread bi-partisan political corruption allows these Deep-pocket
DEVELOPER DISCOUNTS to continue, allowing Developers to evade financial
responsibility for their business venture's impact on nearby community
resources, schools, sewer, police & fire protection, etc. and greatly
increases our Property Taxes.
The www.voteforabetteridaho.org website identifies the politicians /
corporate involvement, might want to check it out before you cast your next
vote and consider financially boycotting the Corporations that are actively
boycotting your Rights.

NOTE;
About a year ago I sent a notice out , notifying all with private wells &
water systems, to go to the WATER RESOURCES Office on Front Street and
officially register & claim their Water Rights.
Purchasing property with a well 'does not' include ownership of the well or
Water Rights. It's also important to claim water usage back to the 'earliest
date', to establish sonority over the Rights. Availability and quantity of
water is based on the pecking-order system.
The cost is only $ 25.00 and makes government confiscation much more
difficult.

Information coming out on the chemical used in the contested so-called West
Nile spraying program is causing quite a bit of controversy, many feel it
will degrade the food chain ? links below address both sides of the
issue.....

Look at this CDC map of diseases below. A friend of mine found it when she
was trying to find out why they are spraying for mosquitoes in Idaho at this
time of year. Supposedly 19 people died in the entire country from West
Nile virus but they are spraying millions of acres and they will be killing
beneficial critters like honey bees in the process.

The way this deal works is that the county supervisors declare their county
a disaster area - then they get state money (which is probably really
federal) for the spraying. In one county alone they are paying $250,000 for
the spraying.

On West Nile virus, there was an interesting story in the Billings Gazette
in 2003.

Then almost a year later to the day - 'coincidently', a couple of Wildlife
veterinarians from that area were killed in a car wreck. Rumor had it that
they had been investigating how a hawk might have come to have the West Nile
virus ON the feather follicles and NOT IN the blood stream:
