The LINK BELOW contains language of the 2004 Citizen Sponsored Annexation Reform HB 685. This Bill would have provided Idaho's County residents with Voting Rights, rather than face being forcibly annexed into a City government that they have no Voice or Vote in.

Forced Annexation replaces Representative Government and Property Rights with Taxation without Representation.
