Today's Idaho Statesman articles on AREA OF IMPACT GROWTH, RECALLS & Political CONFLICT OF INTEREST help citizens understand trail of widespread Corporate & Political corruption in Idaho.

Boise, Kuna, Star, Meridian, Eagle & other communities rapidly expanding their AREAS OF IMPACT as DEVELOPERS ask to be Annexed into nearby Cities. Community area Taxpayers forced to SUBSIDIZE the costly Services & Infrastructures required by Developers business ventures through higher Property Taxes.

Idaho's Free-ride for Developers has ignited a Statewide Property Tax Revolt, citizens are demanding the State's current Corporate Rule be replaced with a Constitutional Representative Government.

Idaho ranks 2nd from the bottom-rung Nationwide, on ETHICAL STANDARDS required to hold a Public Office.

These low standards have encouraged widespread Political Prostitution and the marketing of Citizen's Rights to the highest bidders.

Governor Risch is requesting a 'Special Session' and is recommending a Sales Tax increase to calm angry taxpayers. This sales strategy is little more than a temporary band-aid approach, allowing Developers to continue their rape & pillaging of Idaho Taxpayer dollars.

Impact Fees on Developers is the method all States use out of fairness to taxpayers, to hold new-growth financially responsible for it's Impact on nearby Community Services & Resources.

Idaho's citizens are praying that Governor Risch has the will & strength to not appoint or allow 'another' Committee comprised of Developer / Legislator lobbyists to perpetuate Idaho's free-ride for Developers.

Developers, Realtors and Contractor lobbyists adamantly oppose Impact Fees, due to the simple fact it increases their out-of-pocket Start-up costs and sales prices of homes/properties within their financial ventures.

Conflict of Interest racketeering is rampant within the Idaho Legislature & local Governments. Recent Recall actions against Mayors & City Council members in runaway-growth areas of Kuna and Star serve as examples.

A close look at most local P&Z Board members, will disclose that most if not all members are also employees of the Development Industries. These 'picked volunteers' are making decisions they profit from at taxpayer's expense.

Many of Idaho's Legislators, have for many years willingly violated their Oaths of Office, by strongly opposing all Citizen sponsored Annexation Reform Bills that would have replaced Forced Annexation, with VOTING RIGHTS for their constituents.

Retiring Senator & Developer Hal Bunderson of Meridian has for years carried the lobbyist torch for the influential Realtor, Developer, Contractor Cartel and I.A.C.I .'Idaho Assoc. Commerce & Industry.

Many feel Senator Brad Little will likely replace Bunderson's role as head lobbyist for the Developer's, and continue the Free-Ride for Developers.

Citizens for Annexation Reform 'C.A.R.' filed a Lawsuit that challenges the Constitutionality of Idaho's Forced Annexation / No Vote on growth law , this Case 'still' awaits a decision from San Francisco's 9th District Court.

Many feel this Case will proceed to the Supreme Court ,unfortunately, the Supreme Court's recent decision on Eminent Domain has shown the Court's disrespect for Citizen's Personal Property Rights.

The www.voteforabetteridaho.org website provides numerous links & evidence of Corporate & Political corruption.

Those who have read the website's 'link' to the BCASWI Building Contractors Association's. 2002 Legislative Review Newsletter, believe this newsletter is hard evidence of organized widespread Corporate Corruption, working to undermine the very Foundation of American Values and Rights of their own customers.

Supporting Membership of this 'organization' is also listed on the website.

Many who have read the 2002 Legislative Review have stated they were going to financially boycott the Contractors, Builders, Developers and Realtor membership listed who are actively boycotting against their Rights and Liberties as Americans.
