The LINK below, provides language of Citizen's 2003 sponsored Annexation
Reform HB 274. This Bill would have replaced Idaho's current unfunded
Forced Annexation law, with Voting Rights for County residents.
Citizens Rights were again defeated by lobbyists & political allies for
the State Realtor, Contractor, Developer, IACI
Associations and Idaho Associations of Cities & Counties.
These powerful Cartel style entities, are recipients of the major portion
of all construction taxpayer dollars spent statewide, including free access to
use citizen's Property Tax dollars to finance infrastructures for their
Development business ventures.
Forced Annexation is 'the other' unspoken DEVELOPER DISCOUNT
