DEVELOPERS / CORRUPT PUBLIC OFFICIALS BEHIND SALE OF PUBLIC LANDS , EMINENT DOMAIN, FORCED ANNEXATION AND HIGH PROPERTY TAXES, CITIZENS REVOLTING.....

Forced Annexations and use of Taxpayer dollars to subsidize Services & Infrastructure to Developer's Developments have caused Property Taxes to soar, creating a widespread Taxpayer Revolt in Idaho.

---------------------------Idaho's Taxpayers are demanding the Legislature put an end to the FREE-RIDE for Developers, no further mock Committees chaired by Realtor/Developer friendly Legislators will be tolerated. ----------------------------------------------

LOCALLY; Yearly Property Tax increases of 25-50 & 100% in Idaho has generated threats to Tax Assessors by angry Taxpayers, who a fed up with being forced to subsidize Developer's Developments..

- C.A.R. Citizens for Annexation Reform, has a Lawsuit against Idaho that challenges the Constitutionality of Idaho's Forced Annexation Law. A decision from the San Francisco 9th District Court has been delayed for many, many months.

- Star, Idaho has successfully been filed for against their Mayor & three Council Members. Star citizens oppose the 'methods' the City Officials,who are developers are taking towards growth and local building codes.

-Many other communities throughout Idaho are facing similar unwanted Development conflicts.

-A Developer group called Central Idaho Economic Development Act [ CIEDRA ] has plans to purchase our PUBLIC LANDS via Public Officials they control within our State & local governments. This would sever Public access to hunting, fishing and other forms of recreation.

The Voters Guide on the www.voteforabetteridaho.org website provides information on 'incumbent's Voting Records, from 2000 through 2006, on 'defeated' citizen sponsored Annexation Reform Bills that would have restored Voting & Property Rights to Citizens effected by a Forced Annexation.

NATIONALLY; The hotly contested Eminent Domain Takings by local Governments for Developers and sale of Public Lands to Developers, indicates Corporate Rule & corruption has replaced Representative Government.

Many Americans feel the Political 'foot-dragging' by the Feds is also driven by Developers, huge numbers of illegals are employed at substandard wages by Developers at their construction sites.

Taxpayers also end up paying the huge tab for the health-care and other services for illegal immigrants.

The Idaho Statesman & other Media's have been very protective of the roles IACI {Idaho Assn. Commerce & Industry} and the Realtor, Developer & Contractor Cartel has played in swaying our Legislature. Media has willingly turning a blind-eye towards numerous witnessed Conflict of Interest abuses by Elected Officials.

This ethical deficit in Journalism has deprived Citizens from knowledge of the corruption that has led to the defeat of numerous citizen sponsored Annexation Reform Bills.

These Bills would have replaced Forced Growth & high Taxes, with Voting Rights for those effected in the Annexation.

Most feel the media's have turned a blind eye towards the documented Corporate / Political corruption. The Real Estate industry provides a majority of the cash-flow to many medias, especially Newspapers.

America & Idaho is at a crossroads where Corporate Rule is quickly replacing our Representative Government. The biggest threat to our individual Freedoms & National Security, comes from within our own State /National governments. Political prostitution is a widespread bi-partisan issue, Officials in both parties are selling their Oaths of Office to the highest bidders.

-News sources on the Internet provide the most 'reliable' information to base our votes on. Organizations like the N.R.A., Eagle Forum, Idaho Values alliance and many others have websites & free subscriptions to keep you abreast of local & National issues. It will be 'educated Votes' that will reverse America's path towards a third-world government.
