Googel Contact Groups

For some reason within Voice Choice 2.0, Direct Call Filters, Groups... Some of my, but not all, Google Contact Groups show up more than once in the "Groups" list.

Tried clearing Cache and Data, still the multiple group listing persists.

has anyone else seen this or know of a fix?

This is actually due to how the groups have been stored in your Android contacts database. For whatever reason, multiple groups can be saved with the same name but with different numerical identifiers. A possible fix is, you can (at your own risk) clear out your Android contacts storage. You'll want to be sure you have all contacts synced with your Gmail account so that after deleting them from the phone they can be re-synced back to the phone. In doing so, it may solve the problem, but then again, it may bring down the "duplicate" groups once again. And as I said, you choose to attempt this at your own risk.
