Unhandled Exception on first start

First time trying to use this software and i'm getting this error,
Using win 7 64 pro (english), i've loaded up the speech recognition to be sure it works and seems fine.
Tried running the program with and with out "as administrator"
Updated .net to 4.6
still getting this error.

Hi, there.
Usually this exception appears if VoiceAttack is run in one language and then the language is changed to something else (usually the result of getting speech engines installed). The only remedy for this right now is to change back to your original language and then run VA.

I only have english installed, never used this before so i haven changed languages. This is what i get on my first attempt to run voice attack

Have you tried running the beta: http://www.voiceattack.com/beta.aspx ?
There is some additional handling in those areas.

Yeah, i did try that version and got the same thing. im going to try a fresh install when i get home and see how that goes.

Managed to get passed the above error with checking all the language settings off and then back on to english, but i've got this error that comes up after the thank you trial screen

No, i only speak English
I managed to get it working with zero problems after i did a fresh install of windows 7 pro x64, and was able to register my copy, i'm already having a blast playing elite dangerous with voice attack.
