voice attack recognises's my commands but fails to push the commands in to the game

so voice attack was working great on games like star citizen and elite then for no reason va stopped pushing the commands to the game  ive looked at a few post on here and the solutions that was given has not worked for me so does anyone have any idea on the problem? im using the current version as of 22/12/14 (not the beta version)

Make sure you are running VoiceAttack as an administrator.  This is because Windows prevents applications with a lower security context to access applications with a higher security context in this fashion.

Did the key bindings change in your game?  Not really sure why it would just stop sending key presses to your game unless something has changed.

Same thing has happened to me in Elite. Deploy Weapons was working fine now it's stopped never changed anything, other commands still work.

Make sure you aren't specifying the process in the VA window. I was having no troubleand then I specified the process and started having trouble like this in ED until I went back to "Active Window".
