Star Citizen profile - Anna - Control everything with your voice

Hey hey,

I've made myself a profile I've called A.N.N.A. for Star Citizen and I like to share things so here I am, sharing things. It's pretty complex and can control pretty much every ship system, including throttle, radar, missile lock, pinning targets, evasive maneuvers, fully state aware IFCS control and also allows camera control, power and shield management with various settings for both and even has some jokes, a basic wiki, hazy thoughts and a few hitchhikers quotes for funzies as well.

You'll need VA v1.5.5.4 or higher for A.N.N.A. to work.

I've learned as I've gone along so it's probably a bit clunky and poorly laid out, but it works, is efficient and a whole load of fun, I'm also told it's great for those using a Rift, TrackIR or for those who have trouble using a keyboard for health reasons for example.

The manual, https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1sERT8ie7mhY3c0MldpUEM4LTA/edit?usp=sharing , (yes it's terrible, I know, this is all new to me :/ ), doesn't have the newest commands in just yet, I only finished her up tonight but most of it is in the forum thread. I've tried to make it all as intuitive as possible, with as many options for trigger commands as I could come up with, I'm always open to feedback and suggestions on how to improve the Star Citizen with VoiceAttack experience so please, try her out and let me know what you think and how to make her better.

Thank you so much for the profile. I plan on playing a lot of Star Citizen after it releases and this is a nice start on a profile of my own without having to do a lot of the footwork. :)

I plan on sending my Star Citizen profile out at well, but I want to wait until .9 drops at least because they've said they are changing a lot about the HUD so the controls for things like power management and weapons management may not work.

same here, I havent played sc at all due to the crap controls especially when it comes to wanting to strafe in normal flight mode (you cant) so I been waiting till .9 hits as well since its suppose to have all new control configs that we can work with...

yeah, I'll probably completely redo my profile when it launches just so I can clean out some of the more esoteric commands I don't even use anymore (rather than manually doing housekeeping - sometimes It's just easier to start the house of cards all over again).

I downloaded your .vap file both from  your SC forms posting and from your above posting. I cannot get either download to import to VC. From SC forms I get the message

Is it possible that you can email a copy of your .vap file directly at chuck....@mindspring.com?

Reading thru your profile I really like the approach you took. I know you have spent a lot of time on this.

Make sure you are on the most recent version of VA. I had a similar issue until I updated.

I need to fix that error message to be a little nicer...  Ya... VoiceAttack has always been backward-compatible in regards to proflles, but sometimes being forward-compatible may be a bit of a problem :)

It seems you have the answer, sorry I didn't check back here for a while. Yes, you need at least v1.5.5.5 of VA for Anna to work fully. Let me know if you have any more problems, best place to get me is in the RSI thread linked above.

Anna is up to v1.8 now, she has a 'serious mode' that has a LOT less vocal responses but all the functionality as well as a fledgling wiki that can teach you about the U.E.E., various systems and planets as well as her manual to learn how to use her. I plan on expanding the wiki a lot more. I think I've got a system that will work with many and more entries, feedback is always appreciated :D

I don't think I have maxed it out yet Gary, I got big plans for this Star Citizen wiki and your awesome work with VoiceAttack is inspiring me on to make something really useful and cool, in time.
