　　会议强调，要紧紧围绕此次专项教育活动的主题和目标，迅速组织各级各类媒体认真开展教育培训，确保专项教育活动覆盖所有新闻从业人员。要以马克思主义新闻观、新闻职业道德、法律法规、宣传纪律、国情省情为重点，努力提高新闻从业人员的社会责任感和职业道德水平。要丰富教育手段，通过专题讲座、集中研讨、案例分析、主题实践等多种活动，使教育活动取得实实在在的效果。要认真查找梳理虚假报道产生的原因，抓住问题要害，开展集中整改，有针对性地加以解决。要通过建章立制，强化制度执行，堵塞造成虚假失实报道的各种漏洞，形成防范虚假报道的长效机制。同时，要加强宣传报道，鼓励广大干部群众监督媒体的新闻报道，形成有效的外部监督约束机制，使虚假报道难以生存。
