Dear Friends of the Village of Hope Zimbabwe -

Attached is our September newsletter. It's always somewhat of a challenge to know just what to include in our newsletters as we are committed to limiting it to 2 pages. There is no shortage of activities to report on and blessings to recount, but the real reason for this ministry is the children so this month we've focused on three of them. In many ways our children here are like other children around the globe, but in so many ways they are extraordinary in our eyes. We just wish each of you had the opportunity to meet them for yourself.

We are enjoying wonderful summer weather. The jacaranda trees are in bloom along with a plethora of other wonderful bushes, shrubs and trees that enhance our lives with their beauty and fragrance. It is interesting to see the development of the blossoms and leaves without a single drop of rain to encourage them, as is the case in Canada. But I must confess we do miss the spectacular colours of an Ontario fall.

As you read about three of our children, please pause to pray for these precious kids. This ministry to all these children wouldn't happen if it weren't for our faithful Canadian supporters, which includes many of you.
