Using JFace Tables API with Eclipse RCP - Tutorial

Hello,i would like to know how do i set input to my table

i.e. in the tutorial its said

viewer.setInput(getViewSite());

I didn't get it as i am not creating it as a RCP application ( I am
creating a simple Java project ).
Could you help?

Also how do i download the source code for this application??
