E4 RAP status

which is not valid any more.

Is there going to be a official release of these? Is there any builds
available for the same?

How much will the old philosophy of write once and run as desktop or
web will still be valid for E4?

if at all i choose to build my application using E4, will it be
seamlessly portal to RAP as before?
