Hi, Lars..

I read "Android SQLite Database - Tutorial".
Very nice tutorial!
I am now try(reading and coding) how to use the SQLite database..

My question about using startManagingCursor(cursor).
Android API (http://developer.android.com/reference/android/app/
Activity.html#startManagingCursor(android.database.Cursor)) told that
This method is deprecated.
Use CursorLoader instead.

It is very few samples about CursorLoader..
I do not know how to use CursorLoader due managing Cursor..

Do you planned tutorial with CursorLoader instead of
startManagingCursor?

Thanks..

Hi,

AFAIK startManagingCursor is deprecated as of Android API Level 11. I
wait for the Icecream release which should bring together Tablet and
Mobile development before such an update.

Best regards, Lars
