Have found a tiny little blemish in the tutorial. In section "3. Read an existing Excel Spreadsheet" you have the row "CellType type = cell.getType();" but you never use the variable "type" - instead of that you call "cell.getType()" again.

I don't think this lib works on Android but I suggest to contact the
author of the lib.
