Dear Sir/Madam

I have a question about the Open_Data_RDW__Gekentekende_voertuigen_brandstof dataset, My question is there is a column for the fuel type(Brandstof omschrijving) which contain several types one of them is electricity (Elektriciteit) but it is not clear whether is it hybrid or full electricity and when seeing the column for the CO2_emissions_combined (CO2 uitstoot gecombineerd) is filled withe values does that mean that the cars are hybrid?
