retrieving programatically the whole dataset Open-Data-RDW-Gekentekende_voertuigen

Hello all,

What is the recommended way of retrieving the whole data set of this api? https://opendata.rdw.nl/Voertuigen/Open-Data-RDW-Gekentekende_voertuigen/m9d7-ebf2

was thinking of these options:

- multiple requests with pagination (at 14 mil records with a limit of 50k records would mean about 280 requests)

- downloading as json (format is more difficult to parse, a lot of extra metadata, API token cannot be used)
