No captions when vodpoded for DotSUB (and some other types of) captioned videos

Hi,

Vodpod is really neat, because it allows one to embed videos from many
platforms that are not supported by some blogging platforms (WordPress
for instance).

However, with some kinds of captioned videos, the captions disappear
in the Vodpod version. Examples:

- in <http://vodpod.com/watch/1210622-electing-a-us-president-in-plain-
english-dotsub-via-vodpod>, the "choose a language" drop list doesn't
list the captioning languages

- in <http://vodpod.com/watch/1210445-missing-in-pakistan-
sottotitolazione-multilingue-almansi-videoblog> the drop list for the
languages does list them, but the captions don't appear.

Is there a way to fix that, please?
