hey everyone,

I was wondering how to get a widget to have a widget pull videos from
my collection based on a specific tag, not just latest or most
viewed. Is this possible?

You can configure a widget to do this at the widgets page:
http://vodpod.com/account/blog_badges

If you're trying to do this with the API, add a "tag_id=foo"
parameters to the /api/pod/videos.js call, i.e:
http://api.vodpod.com/api/pod/videos.js?api_key=mykey&pod_id=spencerpod&tag_id=funny

Hi there,
using the widget doesn't actually work for me and still brings up
videos with other tags.
adding "tag_id=foo" instead of tag_id="foo"

using the api doesn't work for me either, is there a working example?

Hey Basta,

I had the same question, and was able to do do this by saving my videos in VodPod into it's own group.  I could have all my videos sit in five different groups, but coming from one source.  Also, u further define which specific videos to show within that one group b using tags you added to the video when uploading to VodPod.

It may sound weird here, but quite effective!

Yes im looking for said groups yet seem to be missing it somehow, is
it a tag?

If you know of how to implement the script string for the api or have
an example would be great too.
