Whenever I try running OSD Sidekick (in admin mode) it quits without displaying any errors, or tells me to plug in the USB cable (though I'm using DP ports on both of my monitors), or it has found more than one gigabyte monitor (I've tried only having one plugged in at a time, but this doesn't fix the message).

I am trying to update the firmware on my new Gigabyte G32QC monitor.
The gig support sites says have sidekick installed which i do but when i go to update in sidekick it wants to know where the file is,
If i try to download the file from the gigabyte site is just comes up with file not found in the upper left corner.
Looking on the web, so many people with the same situation.
