SHACL shape and Custom Form

Hi,

I am trying to get some hands-on-experience with SHACL and custom forms in VB3 9.1.0. I have created a SKOS thesaurus and owl:imported the small ontology attached.

The SHACL shape and custom form should guide the user and make data entry easier and safer.

The custom form works, and the new AccessConcept and two "useAlternative" relations are displayed in the resource view (see screenshots attached).

However, there are two things I would like to improve:

1. How to display prefLabels instead of concept URIs in the custom form?
   
2. Note that the "Custom Form preview" in the resource view is incomplete: under "useAlternative" only one of the two concept uris is displayed.

I would be grateful for any help
