Possible anomaly/issue in VB3 ICV tool - label checks

Hi,

When checking a monolingual ('en') concept scheme for 'only alternative label resources' all of the resources that contain prefLabel ('en') and one or more altLabels ('en') are listed in the report.

We exported out the raw RDF for “METHODOLOGY AND RESEARCH”, one of the many “offending” concepts according to the report, and there is nothing wrong with the data that we can detect (see below). We therefore think that there is possibly something anomalous about how the report works with a monolingual concept scheme.

Could this be fixed/checked, please. Thanks.

the bug has been fixed in the development version and the next release will no longer have such bug, thank you for spotting the problem.
