Language labels in VB

Hello,

I am trying to utilize the language labels feature in VB for the local thesauri for the organization I am working for. I wish to have language labels in 5 languages: English, Hindi, Panjabi, Tamil and Urdu for the pilot project. However, currently the language definition list has only 2 out of the above mentioned languages.

When I upload the data using a file, which has already been assigned SKOS namespace headers and ISO language codes, VB recognizes the ISO code and renders the translation but I need to edit the label or add a new preferred label for a non-existent language in a language definition list, I am unable to do so.

I want to know is there a work around or any possible way to do this directly in VB besides updating the excel every time I need to make a change and uploading it in VB?

In above screenshot, Hindi is the language that already exists in VB but Panjabi (ISO - pa) does not. It still renders, but if I want to add a Tamil (ISO - ta) in the system directly, I am unable to do so.

Any suggestions or help is appreciated.
