Hi,

I have been trying to integrate VocalKit into my university project. I was able to run it in simulator. But when building to device I get following error as shown in attached image.

Could any of you kindly tell me what I am missing here. :(

Thank you and Kind Regards,

I think I had this problem before... It has something to do with my
project build setting. I think you should check if vocalkit project
setting has been set to device as well. Probably you also need to make
sure the armv6 as active architecture.

Hi,

It seems like still issue remains. I have checked the architecture and build settings of VocalKit original project linked. No luck yet.

But this runs fine integrated with simulator. I get this issue when I try to build for Device.

I will try some more..

Post your buildlog... I am guessing it has something to do with your
static library. Did you use the build_for_iphone.sh script?

Hi,

Actually I don't use any shell script. I have my previous XCode  project. I am trying to build for iOS4 Device.

I have attached few screen shots of build log.

Thanks a lot for your Kind Reply,

Hi,

It is strange that, I could build an Adhoc Distribution using my Old XCode version for iPhone Device 3.0 & then could install on my iOS4 Device manually.

But when I try to open it with my Latest XCode to directly build to device, this strange issues come.

Anyway some how now I found a way to install my app to phone by building to 3.0 OS. Still can't guess why I cannot directly use latest XCode to build to my iOS4 Device.

Thanks and Kind Regards,

If you search on this mailing list you'll find the exact details, but
basically in your project build settings remove armv7 from the
architectures list so it's only armv6. It's a known issue with XCode
and that's the easiest work around.
