Opencv has no concept of z-layers in its basic GUI, so you would be responsible for setting the location of every element in the image. Opencv's GUI was not really developed to be the interface for a full fledged application, but more for testing and development purposes. If you really want a full fledged GUI I recommend Qt or wxPython.
I am not certain I understand what you are doing, but I gather you want to place an icon with some related text at various positions around the frame over a video, yes? And I assume you want the text to stay in the same place relative to the icon, yes?

Hi there, I am building an image classification model using Edge Impulse and OpenMV Cam H7 Plus.
I have collected images using the camera and OpenMV IDE and classified into different classes. Based on that I trained the Edge Impulse Model. Now I want to classify the images in real time using the OpenMV Cam on OpenMV IDE.
Please guide me through this!

Got it, now I am able to classify the images in real time using the camera.
Now I want to store the images captured into different folders either on the camera (using SD card) or on the PC according to their class/labels.
(Like if the image is clear and readable I want to store it otherwise reject and click another)
Can you please suggest some way to do it?

I am building an application for automating the scanning of answer sheets. For that, I am trying to classify the images between 5 classes ( i.e, Printed, Handwritten, Printed with Object, Handwritten with object, Blurred). The project requires Clear images whether Printed or Handwritten, anything else is rejected.
After a set of images are collected they will be stored in a folder or converted into a pdf.
This is the whole scenario, any suggestions or ideas are welcome.

Last night I set an imaging run of 40 frames at 300 sec each gain 100.
The first 2 frames are perfect but the rest are totally white.
I had started the imaging run watched the first few frames come in the went to bed putting the iPAD to sleep.
Not sure if this caused the issue but I have never had this problem before and I had another imaging rig using a 533mm next to this one and it worked fine (so no clouds)
The images are pure white no gradients.
Anyone got any ideas or is this just a glitch that can happen from time to time.

Log file indicates that all 40 images were captured successfully with a dither on every 3rd image.
I used a switch mode 12V 10Amp power supply.
First 2 images were fine.
I have been using this same setup for last 2 years and not had this issue.
Power on off the next day and the flats and bias frames were ok.
Have not tried long exposure yet but my guess would now be ok.
