Spring 2011 — Week 7

Hellooo VNLC!! I know you've been listening to Nancy right these introductions for the past few weeks. But fear not! Me and my big bag of adjectives are back! (At least for this week) We have a momentous occasion for those desiring to partake in the cuisine of Vietnam. COOK NIGHT IS BACK AND IT'S GOING TO BE EPIC. You say you want to be epic too? Well you can't be as epic as Cook Night, that's just how the cookie crumbles. But you can approach it's grand level of epicness by attending! So be there! And stay beautiful :)

Upcoming Events

    Friday5/13 Cook Night!

    Hey VNLC!!

It has been an inordinate amount of time since our last cook night, so we are rectifying this deplorable situation THIS FRIDAY! Yes, the event that shares the deliciousness of Vietnamese culture to you UCLA students is back, and it requests your presence.

This time we will be having family style food! Canh chua (sour soup) and thit kho (stewed pork) will be served. YUM.

All you have to pay is $5 to get an excellent home cooked meal not available at UCLA. So be there!

    Facebook Event
    When: Friday, 6:30 PM
Where: 424 Veteran (but I will be meeting at De Neve at 6:15)

    Week after Finals 6/13Summer Retreat!

It has been a tradition every year to de-stress after a long year by going on a retreat! We will be going the Monday right after finals until Wednesday, so make plans to stay if you want to go! Stay tuned for more details...
