I'm still going to shamelessly promote ViFF here, so if you've grown tired of VNLC mad-promoting ViFF, oh well. Sucks for you. JK!
This time you really don't have any excuse to come out & join us on our second week of ViFF because this time instead of you coming to ViFF, ViFF is coming to YOU here at UCLA! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaay :]
Also, we're selling banh mi starting t o d a y! Tired of all these banh mi sales? I know, me too. But VNLC's is worth it! Why? Because you have real Vietnamese people selling you real Vietnamese sandwiches, that's why. 'Nuff said.

Upcoming Events

    Thursday at UCLA4/14-4/17 Vietnamese International Film Festival!

    The Vietnamese International Film Festival (ViFF) is an eight-day event uniquely showcasing films made by Vietnamese and Vietnamese diasporic filmmakers. Presented biennially since 2003 by the two non-profit organizations Vietnamese American Arts & Letters Association (VAALA) and Vietnamese Language & Culture (VNLC), ViFF has featured films from all over the world, including but not limited to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Poland, United States, and Vietnam.

    ViFF is coming to UCLA this THURSDAY. It starts at 4 PM in the Ackerman 2nd floor lounge and will feature a string of different movie shorts from all over. Then at 7:30 PM in Moore 100 will be our feature film, "Clash"! It is a high action, high excitement, high awesome film. ViFF at UCLA will be awesome in general so you should all come out!!

    Are you going to be hungry in the time period between 10 AM and 4 PM on Wednesday, April 13th Don’t want to pay for overpriced food from a truck? Are you going to be physically located within the Court of Sciences during this time? No worries! VNLC is here to solve all your problems :D.

    An integral part of Vietnamese culture is our famous Vietnamese sandwiches, otherwise known as Banh Mi! We will be selling said delicious sandwiches in the Court of Science on Wednesday, April 13th. Come and enjoy this awesome aspect of Vietnamese culture! More taste and less cash than the food trucks. Guaranteed.
