Hello everyone! Great to see you guys coming out to events. Sometimes, when school gets hard, I go to VNLC with lots of stress but by the time I arrive, I forget about homework and school for just a few precious hours and just have fun! I hope you guys feel the same way or something similar when you come out. So keep on coming out so we can spend some quality time with each other and relieve the stress of school together!

We are starting recruitment for winter retreat early this year in hopes that everyone be able to build their schedule around it so that we can all go snowboarding at Big Bear. | Wednesday 10/17 | Tet Orientation |
For all you culturally enthusiastic VNLCers, this orientation probably the most fit for you. We are going to show you a basic rundown of the performance we put on every Tet. Hopefully this will interest you enough that you will sign up for one of the parts within the performance. We have traditional dance( girls, guys, co-ed), lion dance, singing, a play, a fashion show, food and games. Come on out and take part in this wonderful experience.

| Thursday 10/18 | General Meeting #2 + continued Tet Orientation |
Second General Meeting of the Quarter. I'm so excited to go. We will be explaining what we plan to do for the rest of the quarter. Also, we are going to explain what winter retreat is all about. I think there will be some Che if you make it. Supplies will be limited so get there early so we can finish early and you will get your Che earlier.
