As you are all aware that our General Body Meeting is scheduled on 20/05/2011 at Arabco office at 3.30pM.I request to all executive members to to reach the venue 30 Minutes before the meeting start, as we may have some points to be discussed before the General Body Meeting.

3. Welcome speech.
4.Invite the President for Chair the Meeting
5. Invite the Office bearers to the Dias
6. Presentation of Annual Report.Ge.Sec
7. Presentation of Financial Report by Tressurer.
8. Invite the Returning Officer
9. Election Pannel
10. New Committe Formation
11. Handing over taking over charge to the new committe.
12. Collection of Dues
13. Vote Of Thanks
14.Dinner will be provided by Ramettan

Note: If there is any suggetion,addition or deletion that can be discussed in the executive meeting. Since Ramettan is arranging the food we have to arrange other items like drinks.plates,tissue papperat VNF cost.So Irequest to Mr.JP to arrange those things or assigned somebody for that.The chair also Ramettan will arrange but VNF have to pay the Rent.

Dear All,
VNF is already in deficit by SAR 2,000 and the due amount not been given even after six months.
Again unnecessary financial burden to be avoided unless if any one bear the cost.
Executive members already objected such type of un necessary expenses.
Rent the chairs will cost 125 x 2 = 250
plates,glass and tissues comes 100
Tea,Milk water etc 100
If we can sit in any restaurant like Bharath,Classic Auditorium,Half moon etc cost will comes maximum per head SAR 2(Tea and snacks will be provided)
This is what normally all the organization doing here in Riyadh.
