VNA linearity dominates measurement uncertainty

Hello everyone,

I am trying to determine my measurement uncertainties. I performed the calibration and the measurements at a power level of -10 dBm. However, a large portion of the uncertainty seems to originate from the VNA linearity.

When I looked into the details, I saw that positive power levels of +15 dBm are causing this issue. But the measurements were not performed at those power levels.

Could anyone please explain this to me?
