Can't repair or uninstall VNA Tools

I can not start VNA Tools V2.5.3 anymore.

I tried to perform a repair installation of VNA Tools or an complete uninstall of VNA Tools. Both is not possible.

This could be due an unhandled exception when VNA Tools loads the user.config file:

Unhandled Exception: System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException: Configuration system failed to initialize

To fix this issue you cold use the following workaround:

Use a command prompt and run the following command:

rd %localappdata%\METAS /s

It would be very helpful for me if you could send me the content of the following folder %localappdata%\METAS as a zip file before deleting it.
