Measurements slow to load

Hello,

My software is really slow at loading all touchstone files. When selecting one file to display it can take 2-3 seconds and when multiple files are selected it can take 10-15 seconds. it makes it difficult to view and compare multiple data sets from the data explorer quickly. 

I didn't realise there was an issue until a colleague of mine was switching in and out of data set and they were instantly loading. They could switch in and out of different files and there was no time in loading. even when viewing 10+ files at once.

I would love to get my software to work as smoothly and i'm wondering if i'm missing something.

I have tried :

• Multiple versions of METAS
• Run as administrator
• Installing  METAS on different drives 
• Viewing files from different drives

None of the above has had any affect on performance.

Specs below:

METAS VNA Data Explorer ver: 2.8.8875.19134

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X 16-Core Processor               4.50 GHz

128 GB RAM

Windows 11

Hi,

can you try to install METAS VNA Data Explorer on another PC or in a Window Sandbox.

For a Touchstone file it should run quite fast (less than 100 ms for loading and showing a single file).
