Saving Instrument state -error

Hi,

I got the following error message, when I tried save instrument state on my computer. Is this more driver issue or connected to VNA-Tools? It came when I run Copper Mountain S5243 44GHz VNA box using "Planar 804" driver. Connection working in generaly fine. I tried to turn on NI Trace, but during saving process it not gave any any results.
