Compute uncertainties with differential S-parameter

Hello,

 

By single S-parameter Like S11 , we can visualize the measurement uncertainty it's work.

Now in our setup we use the Sdd11 as differential S Parameter in the case the Calibration is performed on two single Port 1,2.

How should we process to import the sdatb file in the VNA tools.

Should we save like this :

1.       Port 1 S11 Loads_01,shorts_01,Opens_01

2.       Port 2 S22 Loads_02,shorts_02,Opens_02

3.       Port 1,2 S11,S12,S21,S22 Thur_01

e     is it right like this
