Hello evertyone, users of VNA Tools,

I start tests on this software. I have a problem for describe my standards (cal kit 85521A).

We used an N5234B VNA calibrated with an N4691D. We then calibrated our Keysight 85521A calibration kit. The data obtained (amplitude and phase) were compiled into an Excel file. We then calculated the covariances before creating a tabular file (sdatcv).

We converted it to sdadb using the Data Explorer. We integrated it in sections (open, short, load, thru) into the standard calibrations. I then wanted, for comparison purposes, to integrate the Calkit coefficients into our Fieldfox N9918B. To calculate the coefficients, I used the tool available in the Data Explorer. The calculated coefficients are extremely far from the manufacturer’s specifications.

I have attached a screenshot of the proposed coefficients, along with the Excel files.
Could you help me resolve this issue?

Best regards,
Laurent Gomes

I’ve found my mistake… My data wasn’t in the correct format; some was in linear form, some in logarithmic form… and the decimal separator hadn’t been changed back to a dot instead of a comma.
