Save sdatb from CPython

Hi Michael, I am doing some calculations in Cpython, reading files as explained here: https://groups.google.com/g/vnatools/c/vekhXXA1ksQ/m/Xeuo24nXCgAJ . Is there any way to save the result back to a sdatb, i.e. something equivalent to SaveSParamData() in CPython?

In this case I prefer not to use IronPython or Matlab.
