Frequency Accuracy of the VNA

Hi,
I have been asked why the frequency accuracy of the VNA is not part of the Measurement uncertainty Model of the VNA. As I don't know the answer, I thought maybe someone here can help me, on this?

Hi,

the frequency accuracy is in the order of 10^(-6) Hz/Hz. This is tiny uncertainty contribution compares to the rest which is 3 magnitudes larger. 

Therefor when we started with VNA Tools we decided to ignore the frequency uncertainty contribution.

Not very nice, but that is how it is.
