4.2. Classify Vietnamese vendors based on the number of years of experience working with foreign clients on each technology stream

4.3. Classify Vietnamese vendors based on the number of developers working on each technology stream

4.4. Classify Vietnamese vendors based on the ramp up rate / scalability when taking up a large outsourcing project

4.5. If two Vietnamese companies on the same competency level, we prioritize them in this order: Platinum Pass, Gold Pass Silver Pass

4.6. If two Vietnamese companies on the same competency level, we prioritize the company which had completed registration and settlement first

We already have a number of Vietnamese outsourcing vendors who have completed registration and payment and ready for matching. If your company is interested in participating, please kindly complete the registration, survey forms attached. Once payment is settled, we will start matching your company.
