Manage VMware Template Images

Hello,
I am using VMware template images for my Linux VM provisioning, now issue is, i have template size of 60GB, and i have different datacenters, how do i transfer it from one DC to another or one ESXi to another?.
Does anyone have some way to automatically creating images ? using some CI ? or better way to manage images across DCs.
Appreciate some guideline on the same.
