When change host's clock, the guest's clock will change soon.

host: windows 2003, guest: windows 2003.
When I change the host's clock, the guest's clock will change and it's
date will same as host. But I don't want that, I would like the host's
clock different with the guest's. Is there any setting I can do?

Right-click on the vmware-tools icon, select "Open VMWare tools"
and disable the option "Time-synchronization ..."
